Planetary Nebula. Perhaps the finest planetary nebula in the sky, and was the first planetary nebula ever discovered.
Distance: 1200 light years
Camera: SBIG ST-2000XM
Telescope: Astrophysics Starfire 130 EDT F8
Mount: Losmandy G11 with Gemini Control on a permanent pier
Images: 3 luminance @ 2 minutes each, 3 Red @ 2 minutes each, 3 Green
@ 2 minutes each, 3 Blue @ 2 minutes each for a total exposure time of
24 minutes. This is one of my earliest attempts at imaging and needs more
exposure data.
